We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our Nursing Home.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, particularly in nursing homes and assisted living environments.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care to residents, including those with dementia.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

1. Supervise daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence in care delivery.

3. Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements within the nursing home and assisted living settings.

5. Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality dementia care and other specialised services.

6. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.

7. Maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance, reporting any issues to senior management.

8. Engage with families and external stakeholders to promote the facility’s services and maintain strong community relationships.
